What we collect, and what we don't.
Effective 15 August 2026. This policy covers the RenderNode website and the rendering service.
Scope
This policy applies to the website at rendernode.com and to the rendering service, both operated by RenderNode, Inc..
What we collect
This is the complete list.
- Contact form submissions, provided voluntarily: your name, work email address, company name, a monthly render volume band, and the free-text message you write about what you want rendered.
- Your IP address, held transiently in server memory purely to rate-limit submissions. It is never written to disk, never persisted, and is discarded within ten minutes.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, and Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated abuse. Both set cookies and both send data to Google. We run no advertising and no retargeting, and we sell nothing to anybody.
Where your images go
Producing a render means sending your uploads and prompts to a model provider. We name every one of them below. They process that data to return a render and for no other purpose we permit.
- We instruct every model provider not to use your images to train their models, under the enterprise or zero-retention terms each one offers.
- We do not use paid-plan renders to train our own models. Free-plan renders may be used for that.
- We never use anything you upload to train any model, on any plan.

How we use it
Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry, and nothing else. The transient IP address is used to prevent abuse of the form, and nothing else.
Who processes it
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our sales inbox as email.
- Our hosting provider serves this website.
Legal bases (GDPR)
For visitors in the EU and UK, our legal basis is legitimate interest — responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. Where consent is required we ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
RenderNode, Inc. is a United States company. Personal data from EU and UK visitors is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions arrive as email in our sales inbox and are kept as ordinary business correspondence. IP addresses are never retained beyond the ten-minute rate-limiting window.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict how we process it, receive it in a portable form, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though as stated above, we do neither. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. We hold no data we do not need, which is the most reliable protection available.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and move the effective date at the top.
