About The Render Node Magazine

We, the editors of the magazine, having worked in the CG industry for some considerable time, felt the need for a magazine that would not only inform both professionals and amateurs of the advances in computer graphics technology, but would also show how things were done in the real world and to teach and share that knowledge with others.

Together with professionals from all over the world, we will create an unprecedented library of tutorials, tips and help guides for a myriad of high-end software used in the CG industry today. In addition, we will include unbiased software reviews, interviews with leading artists as well as with fresh new talent and articles focused on production case studies. We will also present the best work done by professionals, individuals and students as well as studios.

RenderNode Magazine was not a source of news, but a collection of "how to" articles prepared by people from all over the world.

It was the 1st English language CG magazine ever to be published using Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), and it was distributed by our own system based on Adobe distribution software (Adobe Content Server - the worst application ever built - one of the reasons that RenderNode no longer exists!!!). Utilizing this solution, the cost of Render Node Magazine was significantly lower than a conventionally printed magazine.

Our magazine was dedicated especially to North American market but also to all English language readers all over the world.

Enjoy!
